Collision Mitigation Braking is able to detect pedestrians and cyclists and alert the driver. The system will also apply the brakes when the Fit is in the path of an oncoming vehicle.

Adaptive Cruise Control is the next step in cruise control and manages the distance to the car in front automatically by continuously adjusting the speed.

Lane Keeping Assist prevents the vehicle from drifting into adjacent lanes and Road Departure Mitigation prevents the driver from straying from the road by alerting the driver if it detects that the vehicle is approaching the outer edge of the road, an oncoming vehicle or drifting into another lane without indicating.

Auto high beam switches high beam headlights on and off automatically depending on the conditions so as to not blind other road users.
