General sales manager Maxine Prince has been with the Honda brand for 18 years and with Motus Honda West Rand since 2010. She has occupied her current position for nine years and during that time Prince has received numerous accolades including Motoring Woman of the year in 2019.

“We will do as much as possible to assist our loyal customers, which includes the best trade in prices as we never want to lose a deal because of a trade in price. If this means making less profit on that deal, then so be it as the number one priority is helping our customers and, in most cases, this results in repeat business. In order for our sales force to be successful we have given them more flexibility to give discounts and do deals and this has been key to our ongoing success,” continues Prince.
