The new facelifted CR-V may have a familiar silhouette, but it has proven to be a safe and sensible SUV for several generations worldwide. For 2021, it has received a few minor changes to improve it further, including revised bumpers that have been redesigned with smooth flowing finishes that never fail to draw attention to its sculpted body giving it an enhanced, bold and aggressive look. The interior maintains the familiar clean lines that provide an unrivalled sense of space, complemented by contrasting materials and beautifully crafted finishes.

Furthermore, specification changes have been made to the 1.5T Executive model in order to create a more affordable derivative in the line-up with the in-demand 1.5T powertrain, reducing the price gap from the 2.0L Comfort and Elegance derivatives.

These key changes have been made in an effort to reduce cost and include the removal of the Panoramic sunroof, and the change in drivetrain from AWD to FWD. The removal of these two features has allowed for a price reduction on the 1.5T Executive model making for a more price competitive product offering and balanced line-up. Although we recognize these are key features in the purchase consideration for many customers, we believe a lower, more competitive price point will create increased demand for the model overall.

The new facelifted CR-V range receives subtle exterior revisions, yet it still remains bold and assertive with its revamped bumpers, complemented with silver material skid garnish.

The flagship 1.5T Exclusive model is completed with new larger 19" alloy wheels in addition to its already comprehensive list of standard features, and is now further differentiated from the 1.5T Executive model by the panoramic sunroof and AWD drivetrain.

The Comfort, Elegance, and Executive models' overall ground clearance has been increased by 5mm, while the exclusive model's ground clearance has been increased by 6mm.

The interior features for the facelifted CR-V remain the same throughout the range, still giving the driver easy access to the display audio and other features with the use of the multi-function steering wheel, and a versatile console that provides ample space for storage.

Honda’s CR-V range still retains the familiar 1.5T VTEC turbo DOHC petrol engine producing 140kW@5600rpm available on the Executive and Exclusive models, while the Comfort and Elegance models retain the 2.0 litre iVTEC SOHC petrol engine producing 113kW@6500rpm.
